Introduce, form, and build a competitive venue for rugby at all levels in Mobile and Baldwin counties using a foundation-based approach that will result in a sustainable model for continued rugby program development.

Integrate rugby (non-contact and contact versions) into the sports community by promoting awareness of benefits including high activity rate, sportsmanship, inclusion, and ease of implementation (low-cost)
