Mobile Area Rugby Foundation
Welcome to Mobile Area Rugby Foundation. Founded in 2010, MARF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Mobile, Alabama. Our primary purpose for formation is to build a foundation for the ongoing development of rugby in the program in the Greater Mobile Area. Mobile Area Rugby Foundation has three short-term goals:
1.) Continue to grow awareness of the sport of rugby for all ages, particularly through continued facilitation of the youth flag rugby league(s) in Mobile and Baldwin County,
2.) Continue to coach and prepare youth players to represent Mobile in area youth rugby tournaments, most notably the Alabama Sports Festival, and
3.) Instill, cultivate, and exemplify the characteristics of leadership, fitness, passion, and inclusion at all of our club levels.
